Delivery Information: 

We ship to Mainland England, Scotland & Wales. We aim to bake and send your order within four working days. These order guidelines are subject to change during bank holidays and Christmas

Returns policy:

Our products are perishable items and sadly cannot be returned or refunded. In the unlikely event that you do have an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to put things right. 

 

Cancellations:

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order please let us know within 12 hours of ordering as all our products are baked to order.

 

Allergies:

All our products are baked in a kitchen that uses WHEAT, SOYA, NUTS, PEANUTS, MILK, EGGS, OATS, CEREALS & SESAME therefore we do NOT guarantee that these allergens or TRACES of these allergens are not present in our products. All ingredients for each product are listed on our website.

 

Force majeure and liability:

If we are prevented from performing our services and delivery by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to breakdown of equipment, strikes, accidents, acts of God, national or local disasters, damage to premises, weather, infectious diseases or similar events, then we will cancel the order and refund to you the amounts paid and we will have no further liability to you.

As our products are hand made we do not guarantee that your order will look exactly like the pictures on our website due to the natural state of the product.

Prices and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service of this website at any time. We shall not be liable to you (the customer) for any price changes or availability of products. We shall not be liable to you (the customer) for suspension or discontinuance of the service.
